Signal Life Coaching Ltd acts as the data controller for personal information collected through the Signal platform.

- Booking and session information
- Customer support communications
If you apply to become a coach on the platform, we also collect:
- Professional certification, accreditation and training documents
- One identity document, so that we can verify you are who you say you are. We accept a passport, a national identity card, or a driving licence.
Identity and certification documents are held in private, encrypted storage that is not publicly accessible. They are never displayed on your public coach profile and are never visible to clients or to other coaches. They can be viewed only by Signal staff carrying out verification, through links that expire after fifteen minutes. Your identity document is used solely to complete that verification and for no other purpose.
Automatically collected information may include:

- Device and browser type
- Platform usage activity
- Cookies and tracking technologies
4. Payment Information
Payments on the platform are processed securely through Stripe. Signal Life Coaching Ltd does not store credit card numbers or full payment details.

Coach identity and verification documents are not shared with any of the above. They remain within Signal's own private storage and are seen only by Signal staff carrying out verification, except where disclosure is required by law.

Coach identity documents are retained only while you hold a coach account with Signal, and are deleted when that account is closed. Once your verification is complete you may ask us to delete your identity document at any time by emailing info@signallifecoaching.com.

Documents you upload are encrypted at rest and held in private storage with public access disabled. They are retrieved only through short-lived links generated for authorised Signal personnel, and access to verification documents is limited to staff who need it in order to carry out verification.
12. Independent Coaches
Coaches on the Signal platform operate as independent professionals. Information shared directly with coaches during sessions may be processed independently by those coaches.
13. Children's Privacy
The Signal platform is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Signal uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, understand platform usage, and enhance user experience.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Signal may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
