QUESTIONS

What HR asks first.

The questions that come up on almost every first call: pricing, coaches, privacy and logistics. Anything missing, just ask us directly.

No. Session content, notes and messages stay between the employee and their coach, without exception. Your admin dashboard shows who has joined and how many sessions each person has used, never what was discussed. Outcome figures, such as ratings and focus areas, are only shown for groups of five or more. See our full privacy page for the complete access model.
Both. Signal runs two programmes on the same platform: Personal Development for the employees you're investing in, and Outplacement for employees affected by redundancy or restructuring. You can run either on its own, or both together, and the coach pool, matching and privacy boundary work the same way for each.
Yes. Some companies start with one, often outplacement ahead of a restructuring or personal development for a leadership cohort. Others start with both and roll them out as part of their overall suite of benefits. There's no requirement to roll out both at once, and no separate contract to switch between them.
You agree a programme with us: how many employees take part and how many sessions each person has. A one-off $3,200 set-up fee covers configuring your programme and coach pool, including any bespoke requirements your team needs. After that, you're invoiced monthly for the sessions held that month, at the coach's own standard rate plus a fixed Signal margin (a late cancellation counts as a session held). There's no per-seat subscription and no ongoing platform fee.
Yes, every corporate coach is an existing, verified Signal coach who has opted in to corporate work at their own rate. There's no separate, lower-bar panel assembled just for companies.
Every coach on Signal is identity-verified and reviewed before they can take clients. Corporate work simply requires a coach to opt in as well, and it doesn't relax the bar. There's no separate, faster-tracked route onto the corporate pool.
Yes, our coaches practise from 20+ countries, and employees can filter coaches by focus area, language and availability, so international teams aren't stuck with a single office-hours window.
Your balance doesn't expire on a rolling clock. It runs with your programme, and unused places can be reallocated to another employee at any point before the contract ends.
No fixed minimum term. Each programme runs to the end date agreed with you and can be extended by agreement, rather than signing a multi-year commitment up front.
After an initial call to set your programme and coach pool, most teams are live and sending invites within two weeks.
